Farm to Table Dinner Collaboration

Come enjoy a farm-to-table dinner collaboration with chef Jordan Rainbolt of Native Root!

Enjoy summer solstice along the banks of the Yadkin River.

Our first crop of our blackberries will be infused throughout the menu, as well as blackberry-crafted cocktails during cocktail hour at the River Lounge!

Tickets are $110 and include:

  • Cocktail apps and dinner

  • 2 (alcoholic) drink tickets

  • Blackberry lemonade + Infused water

  • Regular water service by the Native Root team during dinner

MENU

-Sourdough Crostini. Stracciatella. Grilled Asparagus. Blackberry Agrodolce. 

Crispy Pancetta. 

-Pork Belly. Blackberry bbq. Pickled Celery Root. Leaf.

-Sunroot Croquette. Blackberry Coconut Curry. Tiny Cilantro. Chili oil.

Course one:

Butter lettuce // Smoked Blackberry Vinaigrette. Roasty Sunseeds. Pickled onion. Sourdough croutons.

Course Two:

Grilled Oyster Mushroom Clusters. - Crispy Enoki. Doenjang Blackberry Butter. Gochugaru.

Course Three:

12 hour Brisket. Blackberry Demi Glace. Charred Corn Spoonbread. Stewed Greens.

Course Four:  

Rye Shortbread. Cooked Blackberries. Chicory Cream. Blackberry Honey. Purple Basil.

Potluck and Paddle Community event

Once a month, at the RiverLounge (riverside at EasyBend farms) we host a community paddle that we call “Potluck and Paddle” - it’s always on a Friday evening starting at 6:30- 9:30- and we chose Friday the 13th for this month! Please bring a dish to share and your own beverages. We have a few extra kayaks, boards, and boats-they are first come , so we suggest you bring your own water craft! we float up river from our landing and float back- we will get on the water by 7:30- and anyone is welcome to join and meet us up river if they come late! -Or if you don’t feel up to getting out on the river, just hang by the fire!
